Amber Powers, founder of Powers Peak Consulting LLC, Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master, received her MBA from DePaul University.

It is her self-proclaimed GSD (Get Sh!t Done) Degree that delivers meaningful results that companies need. Fueled by relentless energy, Amber is a tenacious leader who guides teams through complex challenges and dynamic transformations with personalized, hands-on experience.

She specializes in delivering what others say cannot be done, turning vision into action, and making the impossible possible. She does not just meet goals—she exceeds them.

A lifelong lover of water sports she draws inspiration from their discipline, balance, and forward momentum. Growing up in Ohio, attending college in Michigan, and now calling Chicago home, she’s mastered the art of adaptation having experienced all four seasons in one day. Outside of work, she finds joy in the organized chaos of family life with her husband, three children, and their beloved rescue dog.
